An improperly sized A/C unit can cause fire and be susceptible to leaks
It has come to the Board’s attention that there are several A/C units installed in the community which are improperly sized.
If your A/C unit does not meet the Board’s standards you will be notified and have to replace it with one of the approved A/C units from the list in the link below.
